David E. Zeigler
David began practicing law in 1979 with his father, the late Frank B. Zeigler, who was a long-time, well-respected attorney in the Savannah community. David was an instructor of Real Estate Law for Armstrong State College’s Paralegal program from 1984 through 1991. He enjoys a prestigious AV Peer Review Rating with Martindale-Hubbell, a national attorney-rating publication, and is recognized for the highest levels of skill and integrity.

Josh Walker
Josh is in the general practice of law with an emphasis on real estate transactions. He was with the Savannah law firm of Weiner, Shearouse, Weitz, Greenberg and Shawe, LLP for over a decade. Having made partner, he gained valuable experience in many areas of the law, focusing primarily on real estate-related matters. Josh has extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Emily finished law school at the University of Georgia, after which she worked for the Chatham County Juvenile Court, an international law firm in Milan, Italy, and the Chatham County Public School System before starting at Zeigler & Walker in 2016. Her practice focus is probate law.
